4. Astrology Services

Gangeshwar Astro Vision provides online astrology consultation services, birth chart analysis, Kundli matches, horoscopes, and digital question answers. You acknowledge that astrology is based on traditional Vedic principles. All astrological calculations, advice, and charts are provided for spiritual guidance and informational purposes. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or investment advice.

5. Digital Products

Our digital products include personalized PDF astrology reports and direct consultation answers.

• PDF Digital Reports: Generated based on the birth details you submit. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your birth date, time, and location. We are not liable for incorrect calculations resulting from inaccurate client input.
• Question Credits: Customers can purchase question credits to submit individual queries to our astrologers. Question credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire in accordance with the package details displayed during checkout.
• Consultation Bookings: Online consultations are scheduled based on astrologer availability. If you fail to attend a scheduled live session, it may be treated as completed, and no refunds or automatic rescheduling will be provided.

6. Physical Products

We offer spiritual items, including gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras, and related products through our online store.

• Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, shapes, and textures of our spiritual items accurately. However, natural gemstones and Rudraksha beads are unique, and minor variations in appearance, color, size, and weight are normal.
• Shipping & Customs: We deliver physical products to domestic (India) and international locations. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and localized handling fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Pricing and Currency Conversion
